Our Commitment to Privacy

eSIM Directory is designed to be privacy-first. We do not require an account, we do not use tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data. This page explains exactly what we do and don't collect.

What We Don't Collect

• No login required: You can browse all pages without creating an account.
• No tracking cookies: We do not set any first-party tracking cookies.
• No third-party advertising: We do not display ads or use ad networks (Google AdSense, etc.).
• No personal data sale: We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

What We Do Collect (Anonymized)

Cloudflare Analytics (Aggregated)

We use Cloudflare's built-in privacy-first analytics, which provides aggregated, non-identifying metrics (page views, country-level geography, referrer). This data cannot be linked back to individual users and does not use cookies.

Server Logs

Cloudflare, our hosting provider, automatically logs standard server request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and DDoS protection. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used for tracking or profiling.

Affiliate Links

When you click an affiliate link (e.g., to Airalo, Saily, or Yesim), you are redirected to the provider's website. The affiliate tracking parameter in the URL tells the provider that you came from our site. The provider may set their own cookies on their domain — their privacy policy applies from that point forward.

We use UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_content, utm_term) on our affiliate links for internal performance tracking. These are standard marketing parameters and do not identify you personally.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we have inadvertently collected your personal data, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
